Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product cant be more than 50% used. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please email our customer service team at with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of our products, opened tea products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds
